Very good place. Ther dident charge us full price,we got 10 off each for the buffet. So we saved 40$ Great food the staff and servers were very polite I forgot my mask and they gave me one,while they are sapose to charge u for a dollar. We got a free drink really enjoyed it. We also got ther 45 minutes to closing, they didn't rush us at all we we able to enjoy the food.. Recommend this place

I had the spinach tonight and i felt like popeye. I would 100% recommend going.

In general (No Covid season) we would say it is nice and worth the price for brunch buffet but we just visited post-Covid and it is not the same experience, at least talking about food, it did feel that food quality is not the same plus being in front of the trays and being not able to look well the dishes and decide what to eat.Reception staff still friendly. Must pay when entering to the restaurant.

Spacious buffet restaurant with huge seating and large selection of foods. Asian usual fare, roast beef and lamb, Mexican, Italian, large salad bar. Something for everyone. Noisy and avoid looking at the carpets and all will be fine. Wear loose pants cause you definitely roll out a little bit heavier at the end.

The place was great... followed social distancing rules and same goes for the food [ the staff serves you ] price was good and so was the service... i would definitely recommend this place... try the general Tao, smoke meat and alot of shrimps... worth the drive for a road trip in Gatineau ...

It is beautiful place but the behaviour of the people working there are not good at all. And the big problem is that the menue is not same as other places and branches. Stakes and crabs and salmons were missed and they didn’t have in the menue at all.I don’t recommend this place to others.WEAK...

Food is good, lots of options. If your group is divided what kind of food to go out to eat, this is your solution. They offer Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Seafood, soups, Mexican, vegetarian, etc. It is called continents for a reason. Food is fresh and tasty. The customer service could use some improvement. I've been here several times and found 5 out of 6 times the waiter or waitress to be unfriendly or they go missing in action after just checking with our table once in a span of two hours. It feels like a revolving door service. Not personal.

Nice place for family with children because it's free for children and around 25$ per adult.. for eating many kinds of food.. there is pizza and seafood and chicken and meet with drinks and desserts Beautiful place

Lots of choices of bleh. Good but not great for all meals. You can get some custom items around the edge. Very generic flavor so lack the deepness flavor of all specific cuisine they showcase. Kids love it. Service is great.

Yum! Great place and the way they deal with customers during the pandemic is awesome!

First time there this year since the pandemic. The server serves us food instead of the customer grabbing the spoon and scooping the food ourselves, it's a lot safer and feel more confident eating there. Brunch was good, kids liked the deep fried stuff. Had the grilled tilapia and the stir fried brocolli, stir fried green beans were delicious as always. Will be back again.

Awesome because there are different dishes. You can eat all you want it. I recomend you, don't eat anything before you go to the restaurant.

The food isn't excellent, but it's not bad either. Think of this restaurant as a jack of all trades. You can eat pretty much anything you might think of, and you'll probably enjoy it.This place is perfect if you don't know what you want. Grab a plate, head to the buffet, choose what you want! Chinese dishes, pizza, pasta, sushi, fajitas... it's all there, and more.Be warned that there is usually a lot of people. The restaurant has a very high ceiling so it's not really noisy, but it can be difficult to grab food. People tend to push and shove to get what they want (I'm not blaming the restaurant for this, they can't control people).Service is good and the staff is friendly. Finished plates leave your table quickly and you rarely find yourself with an empty glass of water. Pricing is decent, but it's a buffet - if you eat very little, you might find it costly (around 15-18$ CAD per person on an evening).

As a budget buffet, this place doesn't underdeliver. Once I've tried Mandarin a dozen times, this place becomes a source of comparison. Price here is much cheaper, and so the lower quality is understandable (but I wouldn't say justified). Its food is less fresh and replaced less often. More kinds of and better pizza! Coffee or tea included for lunch hours. Service is less stylish (no warm towel or lemon in water) but equally quick.

Good food & interesting atmosphere. There are murals & architectural components incorporated into the dining areas which depict different European regions like Greece, Tuscany, Paris & Rome. There are so many food choices, based on different cuisines, it's hard to sample all, but it should please everyone. The buffet counters are constantly being refreshed, & there are areas to grill ur own meat too. The only downside is the place is usually a bee hive with long lineups going everywhere by the food areas. It's very crowded & noisy, so not the best place if ur in a rush or want to chat. I think the management needs to go by reservation only or have a limit as to how many guests at any given time.

The staff are always very attentive, although not always super friendly. I used to really love this place but it feels like the quality of the food has really gone downhill lately. Even just the look of it is sad sometimes, like a whole tray for 5 destroyed pieces of cake is left like that for over an hour. If you're not going to replace them with new cake, then at least just put a clean empty tray out or tidy up a bit, you know?

I give 4 stars because of the price ,desert ,and coffee ^_^ We came on Good Friday lunch. There are crowded ,but we haven't waited long to get a table for 7. The food were surprisingly good for such low price(Kids eat free with adult). We enjoyed the clam a lot and I never saw such things in other pricey buffet. The compliment coffee was super! The flavour is just right ,not plain not too strong,not bitter and not sour. I really enjoyed it and had around 3 cups refilled ^_* The desert were also nice. Although they looked not fancy,but really tasty. It is really a good place for families . Definitely will visit often.

I think it's gotten worse over the last few years, either that or I have higher standards now that I'm married and get great home cooking from my wife.

I've eaten here for years for small special events with my child and family. The staff is great, parking attendants to assist on busy weekends. Good selection in food. Try the fajita buffet. That poor lady has the busiest frying pan ever!

Love this place but they are understafed sue to covid

It was total mayhem last night during the dinner service. Incredibly packed with people, they ran out of plates and food constantly, nobody carving the roast beef, lamb or smoked meat. Most of my roast beef was gristle and not much flavour.Only good thing was my meal was free lol 👌

Due to Covid-19 the capacity is less they have very good measures for protection, the food has improved since last year, as for a bit i don't know what had happened but the food was not good but this time it was very good I was very pleased. I will be returning. We love the variety of food available.

First time. Ample free parking and interior seating. Overwhelming choice of items in all you can eat buffet. Something for everyone and then some more. Complimentary coffee and tea. Staff pleasant and industrious. We were greeted on arrival and departure. Only negative was a few steam table items were warm vice hot. Great value for money. Would definitely return.

We went for lunch. They accommodated my need to sit on first floor with ease. Food was refilled reasonably fast when empty. Plates took a while to disappear.No shrimp in sight unless you count at the sushi counter. If you live pasta and pizza this place is for you.Met my expectation for the price point. But did not wow me or my lunch companions.

It's crazy how good the food is here! It's one of the only buffets left in the area and it's so awesome. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is terrific, the food is fresh and delicious and the prices are excellent! What more can you ask for?

The buffet in this restaurant is delicious with a great varieties of food. All the food look delicious. My family enjoy going to this restaurant. For my health problem, I have celiac disease I have to eat gluten free food, I always find a meal that I can eat without any problem.

Shortage of food We had to make so many trips to the food counter to what we need Only 2 kinds of souchi. Customer service was horrible. Our server was so rude we will never go back Food was tasteless

Very nice restaurant! It's a self service restaurant and you can eat as much as you want! Sundays kids don't pay food and Tuesdays they always make discounts! The food is delicious with many varieties!!

Great value for the dollar and lots of choice for food. The dessert options could be much better. The food is only so so. I would go because of the value. Worth the try.

Myself & group loved the quality & taste of the food at this place. Some passengers said, "this is the best buffet I've had in my life!" This is why I brought them here for supper!

The waiter we had was amazing. The food not so bad that day. Most days it's way better. Staff though should keep comments and judgment to themselves. It's not fun for clients to overhear there conversations. A little maturity would be great. The restaurant 5 stars some of the staff 3

I love buffets and chines/sushi buffets in particular. I was not impressed. The Tuna sushi was made from canned cooked sushi - nuf said. (I should have taken a picture.)

We went for dinner and honestly I think everything was put back there from lunch. The food was dry, cold, just absolutely disgusting. It used to be so good, now I don't know why they are still in business.

This is without a doubt 1 of the best restaurants around the food is awesome presentation is very good it's very clean and the staff is number 1 except for the 1 time we went but people do have a bad day having said all the good the 1 bad thing that could use alot of help is parking

Very affordable buffet. Around half of the items taste good and half not. Their roast lamb is best and roast beef is good. They have different sauces to go with carving section. Foods available from all continents including pizza. Dessert section might disappoint compared to buffets in Ottawa. Usually busy and they keep replenishing items quickly.

Delicious afternoon and you cant beat the price. $11.99 and free for kids. What a great deal. The food was fresh and we went for lunchtime on a Friday and the accommodations were plentiful. Truly a great waiting staff and the water was never empty. The coffee was delicious and a great compliment to the many desserts had that day

Service was good even in Covid-19's times. Food was in general Ok

They were a little stingey with the roast beef, smoked meat and roast lamb. They give really tiny and thin slices. Taro ice cream was good.

We went here for 11:30 this morning. By the time lunch came it was really busy. The food selection was great. The price during lunch isn’t that expensive either. Great place to go with friends.

Great atmosphere. Not at all what you would expect it to look like on the inside. The decor was amazing. Our waiter was very friendly and very accommodating. A few staff members were not as friendly but it didn't ruin the evening. Fully bilingual, great for anyone wanting to eat. Lots of "made to order" stations and lots of selection at the buffet. Everything from pizza to sushi to frog's legs. And great desserts as well. Everything was clean and all the food was hot and fresh. A few things were a bit of a miss but for the most part it was very tasty. I would definitely reccomend this place!

The food is made for geriatrics who forgot to glue in their dentures that morning. No taste at all. The chicken fried rice was actually soy sauce fried rice. We waited about 45 minutes for water refills. Still not sure if our diet Pepsi had refills? My friend compared the food to cafeteria offerings. for the love of God I hope we aren't serving Canada's youth this slop. Sad.

Dining area was freezing, so I was uncomfortable. The chairs are uncomfortable and the food was just okay. Lots of selection though.

Great all you can eat for its value, staff are bilingual, they have themes (went in for a Mexican theme last time) and the top floor has a great view of the restaurant.

Lots of options, food quality varies from time to time. Good experience. Service could be better. Overall, food/quality ratio is acceptable.
